About New Capital: 

The New Administrative Capital is located between the Cairo-Suez and Cairo-Ain Sokhna roads, east of the regional ring road. It is 45 kilometers outside of central Cairo, making it a natural extension to developments in eastern Cairo such as New Cairo. It is also roughly 60 km from the new Suez Canal Exclusive Economic Zone, which includes Ain Sokhna and Suez ports and is expected to become a thriving international trade and shipping hub. 
The New Administrative Capital will offer 350 thousand residential units, phase one of which has been successfully completed, but will be delivered within a year, after the full installment of facilities and services. The city is expected to be fully functional by 2021 with all residential, commercial, and governmental facilities operated by that time, making it a valuable investment and relocation destination for Egyptians and international investors alike.
