Jamila North Coast is a flagship project by New Jersey Developments, strategically located at Kilometer 263 on the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh Road, on Egypt’s North Coast. The location places it approximately 4.5 hours from Cairo via the Dabaa Road and just 20 minutes from Marsa Matrouh International Airport, offering both accessibility and exclusivity.
The project spans a total area of 130 acres, with the first phase covering 50 acres. It has been meticulously planned with a focus on sustainable living and modern luxury. Approximately 91% of the total land is dedicated to green landscapes, water features, and open spaces, ensuring a tranquil and nature-integrated environment.
Jamila offers a wide variety of unit types, including chalets, duplexes, studios, townhouses, villas, and serviced apartments. Unit sizes range from 75 square meters to 217 square meters, designed to suit different lifestyles and family needs. Most units feature sea views or direct access to landscape and lagoon areas.
Key facilities within the development include a 5-star hotel, a commercial mall with international brands, gourmet restaurants and cafés, swimming pools, a spa, a fully equipped fitness center, underground parking, a clubhouse, artificial lakes, and a dancing fountain.
The design and architectural concept of the project are developed in collaboration with Prime Group, emphasizing environmental sustainability, smart infrastructure, and luxury aesthetics.
Construction has already begun, and delivery of units is expected in 2027. The total investment in the Jamila project is estimated at 50 billion Egyptian pounds, making it one of the most significant real estate developments on the North Coast. Phase one has seen strong demand, with units selling out rapidly.
